Discovery Program
Training in a practical, adapted, and respectful manner
The Discovery Program is designed to meet the reality of Cree communities. Focused on practice and directly linked to organizational needs, it is offered in an inclusive, safe environment that respects Cree culture—while taking into account territorial requirements (Impact and Benefit Agreements).

Learning by doing, accompanied by experienced trainers, both Cree and non-Cree. Each program is designed to foster success, build confidence, and develop solid skills in the industrial and mining sectors.
