Minopro Cree is a specialized division of Minopro, dedicated exclusively to the Eeyou Istchee Baie James territory. It operates in complementarity with Minopro, which serves all of Quebec and Canada.

Minopro Cree offers qualified Cree and non-Cree workforce services—including technical workers, operators, and specialized profiles—to support the territory’s industrial projects in their hiring, training, and sustainable integration commitments.

Through the Découverte Training Program, a unique model in Quebec designed for members of Indigenous communities, Minopro supports access to quality jobs in the industrial sector.
