Plant Laborer (14 Days On / 14 Days Off)

  • Location: Fermont/ Fly-in, Fly-out
  • Schedule: Full-time (14/14)
  • Salary: Starting at $30/hour

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Plant Laborer to join our team at a remote mining site on a fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) rotation.

  • Assist operators with ore processing and perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery.
  • Perform general maintenance duties, including cleaning equipment and work areas.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize production and minimize downtime.

Job Requirements

  • Vocational Diploma (DEP) in Mineral Processing Equipment Operation or any other relevant training.
  • Candidates must hold a valid work permit authorizing them to work in Canada or be a Canadian resident.
  • Familiarity with a plant or industrial work environment and health and safety standards.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
