Surface Labourer

Job Description

We are looking for a surface labourer to join our FIFO team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for emptying toilet containers while also assisting with various surface department tasks as required by operational needs.

The contract is for a two-month period, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Empty toilet containers.
  • Drive a truck with a trailer.
  • Safely use the tools and equipment required to perform the work.
  • Participate in various surface department tasks as required.
  • Follow work procedures as well as health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (required).
  • Be able to drive a truck with a trailer.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination required (mandatory).

 

 

 

Candidate Profile

  • Ability to use the tools and equipment required to perform the work.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Ability to work independently, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Working Conditions

  • FIFO position (Fly-In Fly-Out).
  • 2-month contract.
  • Accommodation and meals provided on site.
  • Protective equipment provided.
  • Salary to be discussed based on experience.
