Minopro is seeking an experienced Procedure Writer to establish mining procedures (surface department). The selected candidate’s primary mandate will be to draft work procedures for operations and maintenance teams, ensuring they are clear, precise, safe, and compliant with industry best practices.

This position is for an individual with excellent analytical skills, a strong attention to detail, and concrete experience in the surface mining environment.

• Draft work procedures for surface mining operations.
• Gather information from field teams and technical experts.
• Observe work methods to document best practices.
• Produce clear, structured documents that comply with client requirements.
